C.A. Ramesh Prabhu

CA. Ramesh S. Prabhu is a highly qualified Mumbai-based Chartered Accountant with CISA(USA) practicing for over last 22 years, and a well-known public figure.

He is author of 40 books on issues like conveyance, of flats, parking, collection of dues from members, and service tax for housing societies. Two books authored by him have been published by WIRC of ICAI. He is an Editor of MSWA Housing Societies Review having circulation of 30,000 copies.

He is a regular faculty and Task force member with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on the Cooperative Sector 2011-12. He is also on ICAI's expert committees for analyzing various new laws and rules. He also addresses number of seminars organized by Govt. Department, News papers, Political Parties, NGOs etc. He is the co-opted member of Cooperative Committee for Maharashtra by WIRC of ICAI for last 3 years.

CA Ramesh Prabhu has practical in-depth knowledge of the Cooperative Housing sector. He was appointed by Govt. of Maharashtra in 2008 on its committee for drafting the law for Deemed Conveyance. He was invited to discuss before the Joint Committee of Govt. of Maharashtra about the Maharashtra Housing (Regulation and Development) Act. 2012.

CA. Ramesh heads “Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association “ (MSWA), an NGO for addressing Co-operative Society issues.
He is practicing housing society consultant for the last 20 years.


Architect Sandeep Kangutkar

Shri Sandeep Kangutkar is an Architect, urbanist and educator who is Founder Principal of Architectural firm, Sandeep Kangutkar Architects. He is associate member of Council Of Architecture, All India Institute of Architects and Town Planners Association.

After completing the degree in architecture, he has joined his parent architectural firm with his father Ramakant Kangutkar, a partnership firm known as Phulkar-Kangutkar Architects, which has a credit of completing more than 1500 projects.

From 1999 to 2011 for a period of 12 years he has worked on several projects such as:- Educational Institutes, Charitable Trusts, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Estates and Residential Buildings.
