Role of P.M.C. in RERA
Project Management Consultant leads overall Planning, Coordination, Monitoring and Controlling of a Project from inception to completion in order to produce a functionally and financially viable Project that will be completed on time, within authorized cost and to the required quality standards.
At the time of Project registration in RERA, Developer needs to give all the details of project, such as
1) Date of Completion
2) Total cost of project
3) Cash flow expected
4) Fund arrangements
When Project starts, developer needs to submit
1) Quarterly work Progress
2) Incoming payment
Project Management Consultant brings Professionals of different functions required for Project on same table, bind them together and lead them in a flow from start till completion of the Project.
